Do I have to pre-order or are your Products directly available to purchase at the store?
Everything you see on our website is available directly to be purchased from our home-based store (based on appointments) or on the website. You can also pre-order and order customized products as long as the combined weight of the products is more than 250 grams.

Most of our items are made of pure and real silver. All of these products come with a 925 hallmark etched on the article
Why does Silver get tarnished?
Silver tarnishing is a natural process and if it is getting tarnished, you know that it is real silver Our products have gone through an anti-tarnishing process which gives you more time to adore the beautiful artisan’s finish and also the natural aging process.
How to take care of Silver?
- Don’t wear it while taking showers and during workouts
- Wipe off the moisture with a dry cloth or a tissue before storing it
- Don’t use silver cleansers in the market on antique finish items. Using these will deplete the finish
- Store it in a dry ziploc or container to slow the aging process

We ship all over the United States and are currently working on shipping to other countries.
Do you do international shipping?
As of now, no. But we are in talks with Pirates to ship our products internationally
How long does it take to ship my items?
We are faster than Santa! Once the order is placed, we ship it the next business day. For customized and pre-orders, it takes between 4-6 weeks.

You can choose from 1 Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, and Ground Shipping.
What if there is shipping damage?

- We will send you a return label and you can ship it back for free
